System partition - depending upon if you have a Legacy or UEFI install. To fix this you need to boot a partition manager to shrink C by 500mb from the left to make space to create the new boot partition, then boot into WIndows repair or Installation media to use the Command Prompt to create the System Reserved partition or EFI Now that Windows 7 drive is removed there is no way to boot WIndows 10 without creating it's own boot partition. When you installed WIndows 10 to it's own hard drive without unplugging Windows 7 drive, it edited the boot files on Windows 7 to make a Dual Boot.
